SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the advertised time frames, please verify that your address is entered correctly and includes all necessary information. This includes using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the provided address is incomplete or inaccurate at the time of purchase.

PO Box Shipping:

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Additional carrier options may be available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

International Shipping:

For international shipments, the goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer, who authorizes Mocha Lux Apparel to import on their behalf. The consignee/buyer agrees that Mocha Lux Apparel may delegate the importation to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee is responsible for any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time:

All orders require processing time separate from the shipping time to reach their destination after being picked up from our fulfillment center. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to process, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorder Processing:

Most of our products are offered through a preorder method, which means items are produced after orders are collected. Preorders may take up to 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on inventory arrival. Once inventory is received, we will immediately pack and ship your order.

After payment is authorized and verified, standard in-stock orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to process, while preorders may take up to 4-6 weeks. These are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.
